Your dashboard at a glance

The Obsidyun dashboard updates in real time with every transaction. You'll see revenue, expenses, inventory status, and performance metrics at a glance. The dashboard is your starting point for understanding how your business is doing right now, not just at month-end.

Key dashboard views

Obsidyun provides several specialized dashboard views that give you different perspectives on your business.

  • Sales Dashboard: Revenue breakdowns, top-selling items, and payment status
  • Performance Dashboard: Team activity, task completion rates, and operational metrics
  • Financial Dashboard: Balance summaries, expense tracking, and cash flow overview
  • Inventory Dashboard: Stock levels, low-stock alerts, and valuation across locations

Branch-level and company-wide views

If you operate multiple branches, you can switch between location-specific views and a consolidated company-wide overview. This lets managers focus on their branch while owners see the full picture across all locations.

Reports and exports

From the dashboard, you can access detailed financial reports including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports. All reports can be generated on demand and exported in PDF or Excel format.

Navigation tips

Use the sidebar to navigate between modules like Invoicing, Inventory, Purchasing, and more. Every module is interconnected. For example, creating a sale automatically updates your inventory, posts journal entries to the general ledger, and updates your dashboard metrics.
