5 min readNavigate to the Invoicing module and click "Create Invoice." Select a customer from your customer list (or create a new one), then add line items with descriptions, quantities, and prices. Taxes, discounts, and payment terms can all be configured per invoice.
Obsidyun invoices use customizable templates that include your logo, colors, and layout. You can use the drag-and-drop editor to add, remove, and rearrange fields. Every invoice you send looks like it came from an established firm.
Send invoices directly from Obsidyun with a personalized message and embedded payment links so customers can pay online. All email activity is logged against the customer record so you can see when an invoice was sent, opened, and paid.
Set up automated payment reminders at intervals you choose. When a payment is overdue, the system sends a follow-up email automatically. This eliminates the need to manually chase payments and helps you get paid faster.
